MEMBERSHIP AND ITS ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE :-

Any Indian person having the age of more than 18 years can be a member of the trust, If a person who desire to become a member of the trust has to a make an application in prescribed form along with membership fee of Rs. 101/- to the Executive body through the Secretary. After acceptance of membership application by the Executive body, enrollment fee 21/- will be accepted. The decision of the Executive body to accept or reject application will be final without assigning any reason to the applicant. A new member has to pay enrollment fee Rs. 101/-.

TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP :-

There will be two types of members :-

Life Member -

General Member -

RULES REGARDING CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP: -

The managing committee shall pass a resolution in its meeting for cancellation of a membership by 2/3 majority.

•     If he remains absent for 3 meeting consecutively without intimation.
•     If his behavior proves to be harmful in the interest of the trust.
•     If his behavior appears against the rules of the trust.
•     If the subscriber member not pay the membership fees within 3 months. After completion of the year, his membership will be canceled automatically.
•     If he found to be unsound minded, bankrupt and imprisoned.
•     In case death of member, his membership will be canceled automatically.
•     In case of tendering a resignation or death of members, membership will be canceled automatically.

consultants (as and when required), administrative charges, office rent (if require), stationary, phone and electric bills and other related expenses.

AMENDMENT / ALTERATION CLAUSE :-

Amendment / alteration in any clause of trust deed or its supplementary deed will be done as per the provision of Bombay Public Trust Act,1950, as per rules of original trust deed contain any and with consent of author and registrar.

BENEFICIARY CLAUSE :-

All the Indians will be beneficiary of the FUTURE FOUNDATION . Any work or object trust do will be for every man and women, animal, plant and all the living things of world.
